Who are BrandCards designed for?

BrandCards are ideal for entrepreneurs, creatives, small-medium businesses, and professionals looking to make a lasting impression and simplify contact sharing.

When will I get my BrandCards?

After placing your order our team gets to work right away on fulfilling your order. We may reach out to you to ensure your design and landing page are exactly to your liking. However, once you receive your shipping confirmation email, most orders are delivered within 2-4 business days.

Can I customize my BrandCards?

Yes. Fully.

Can I include links to my website or portfolio?

Absolutely! Your BrandCard’s Personal Landing Page can include links to your website, portfolio, booking systems, or other online assets.

What information can I share through my BrandCards?

You can share your name, business title, email, phone number, social media profiles, website links, and more—all securely—with BrandCards.

Can I change my information later?

Yes. However, because we don't run a subscription based model for BrandCards, there may be some costs associated with info updates.

Personal Landing Page updates vary from $9.99-$49.99 depending on the complexity of the request and updates to your physical NFC BrandCards may require a new order to be placed.

BrandEase Marketing Clients subscribed to our Tra-Digital Marketing services have access to free updates and card replacements at anytime.

Is my contact information safe?

Yes, we prioritize the security of your data. Your contact details are only accessible through your landing page and aren’t shared without your permission.

We deploy domain ownership options, no-index tactics and codified URL naming to ensure your information stays safe.

With that being said, it is always important to follow safe practices when submitting information to be shared on your personal landing page.

We suggest including only essential contact details on your pages, using business phone numbers and emails to avoid unwanted personal interactions.

Can I use a bi-colour scheme for my BrandCards?

Absolutely! A bi-colour scheme can add a sleek and professional touch to your BrandCard while maintaining visual simplicity.

If you opt for different coloured backgrounds on either side of the card, please be aware that your cards may be subject to minor colour bleeding along the edges.

How do I choose the right colours for my BrandCards?

Stick to your brand’s primary and secondary colors to ensure consistency. High-contrast combinations improve readability and visual impact.

Stay away from low contrast items or textures as they may appear faint, or in few cases, disappear entirely through the printing process.

How much content should I include on my BrandCards?

Keep your BrandCard concise. Include only essential information like your name, title, contact details, and links to your website or social profiles. If you're unsure about designing your BrandCard select "Work with our design team" on design options.

Do you offer templates for designing my BrandCards?

Yes. You can opt to work with our design team on our order forms and they will offer you a variety of tried and true templates to choose from or your can upload your very own designs as well.

Are there any design limitations for the BrandCards?

BrandEase marketing plans are subscription based services and support for business owners looking for an easy way to increase customer acquisition, manage their reputation, optimize conversions and simplify their lives. We offer 3 different plans depending on your needs: Flex, Comfort and Business.

How is BrandEase different from other marketing companies?

We prioritize affordability, flexibility, and straightforward results. No long term contracts, no auxiliary services that boost our bottom line and no complicated pricing models that sneak up after you begin working with us. We only give you what you need, how you need it and when you want it.

Who is BrandEase for?

BrandEase is for small-medium sized businesses that want a low-effort high-impact marketing partner that scales up and down with the needs of the business.

How long is onboarding?

Onboarding can vary from 1-3 weeks depending on the plan you sign up for and the required groundwork that needs to be put in place to fulfill each service.

Can I customize my BrandEase subscription?

You can go between Flex, Comfort and Business on a month-to-month basis to build up or scale-back your marketing needs. We also offer a discounted Standby Tier, for clients that have been with us for 6 consecutive months, that allows your current assets to run "as-is" for a period of time while retaining our hosting and management services.

As of now, the only additional service we offer, that would compliment your BrandEase subscription, is Media Production and that is handled on a case-by-case basis.

Does BrandEase provide media production services?

Yes, BrandEase offers media production services, including the creation of professional photo and video assets for impactful brand storytelling and advertising.

What is included in the BrandBeat Meetings?

BrandBeat Meetings are monthly strategy sessions provided by BrandEase to review progress and refine your marketing efforts. These meetings ensure that your investment with us continues to be aligned with your business goals.

What is Client Content AI?

Client Content AI is a text line available to Comfort and Business Plan BrandEase clients that allows you to text any random idea or thought about your business to us 24/7.

We then examine, summarize and implement these ideas into actionable marketing plans for your business on a monthly basis.
